AI Intelligence

AI that understands your operations.

NotifyHub AI is designed to work with the operational context of the organization — not simply generate text. It reads the same structured records the rest of the product runs on, and it explains what those records are doing.

AI insight

Fee Collection Insight

Example insight
What changed
Collection performance for this period is below the expected trend.
Why it matters
Several accounts are showing increasing overdue patterns.
Recommended action
Review the highest-risk accounts and prioritize follow-up before the next collection cycle.

Supporting signals

  • Collection rate vs. expected trendBelow
  • Accounts moving into overdueIncreasing
  • Period comparedLast 30 days

Signals are produced by deterministic analytics. AI explains them and proposes an action; it does not compute them.

Capabilities

Four things the intelligence layer does.

  1. 01

    Understand

Understand structured operational data, entities, workflows, and relationships.

  2. 02

    Detect

Identify patterns, anomalies, risks, and important changes.

  3. 03

    Explain

Turn complex operational information into clear explanations.

  4. 04

    Recommend

Suggest practical next actions based on the organization's context.

Architecture

AI with structure, not magic.

Four layers, in a fixed order. Every number is computed before a model ever sees it.
  1. 1

    Operational Data

    Structured ERP and transactional data.

    • Students
    • Invoices
    • Attendance
    • Staff
    • Departments
  2. 2

    Deterministic Intelligence

Metrics, rules, calculations, thresholds, trends, anomalies, and risk scoring.

    • Collection rate
    • Ageing buckets
    • Variance vs. expected
    • Risk score
  3. 3

    AI Reasoning

AI interprets the signals, explains findings, summarizes context, and generates recommendations.

    • What changed
    • Why it matters
    • Recommended action
  4. 4

    Knowledge Layer

Optional retrieval capabilities for institutional documents and other unstructured organizational knowledge.

    • Policies
    • Handbooks
    • Standard procedures

Processing order

  1. Operational Data
  2. Analytics / Rules / Signals
  3. Risk & Intelligence Engine
  4. AI Reasoning
  5. Contextual Insights
  6. Recommended Actions

A language model never performs a calculation that can be computed deterministically, and never acts on a business decision without the rules and permissions that govern it.

Path

From operations to action.

The same sequence runs in every vertical, whatever the records happen to be.
  1. 1

    Operations

The everyday workflows of the organization.

  2. 2

    ERP Data

Structured operational information generated by those workflows.

  3. 3

    Analytics & Signals

Metrics, trends, rules, thresholds, anomalies, and risk indicators.

  4. 4

    AI Intelligence

AI interprets the signals in organizational context.

  5. 5

    Insights

Clear explanations of what changed and why it matters.

  6. 6

    Actions

Recommended next steps for people responsible for the operation.

Surfaces

Where intelligence shows up in the product.

Institution Intelligence

A management-level view of what changed across the institution and which areas need attention.

Operational Intelligence

Day-to-day context for the people running the operation — classes, departments, shifts, wards.

Risk & Insights

Deterministic risk scoring over receivables and operational exposure, explained in context.

FAQ

How the AI layer actually behaves.

Is NotifyHub AI a chatbot bolted onto the ERP?
No. Intelligence is part of the product architecture. The system computes signals from the operational record, and AI interprets those signals in place — inside the screens people already work in — rather than acting as a separate assistant you have to go and ask.
Are the numbers calculated by AI?
No. Metrics, trends and risk scores are computed deterministically. AI explains what those computed signals mean in operational context and recommends what to do next. A calculation that can be exact should never be produced by a language model.
What does the AI layer actually produce?
Three things for each finding: what changed, why it matters, and a recommended action. That shape is consistent across Institution Intelligence, Operational Intelligence, and Risk & Insights.
Does the AI respect who is allowed to see what?
Yes. AI explains findings and proposes actions within the permissions of the person viewing them, using the same role and tenant scoping the rest of the platform enforces.
